Are these socks suitable for reformer Pilates? 

Yes. AC Movement socks are designed specifically for both reformer and mat Pilates, barre, Lagree, & everything movement. The grip pattern is placed with intention to support controlled movement, balance, and fluid transitions - while maintaining a sleek silhouette. 
Do the socks run true to size? 

Our socks are designed with flexible compressions to provide a secure, supportive fit without feeling restrictive. They comfortably adapt to standard women's sizing, where one size fits most. 
Will the socks shift or slide during workouts? 

Our design prioritizes stability - both externally (floor grip) and internally (reducing foot movement inside the sock). The goal is fewer adjustments and more focus during your workout. 
Will the internal grips be uncomfortable or irritating? 

No! The internal grip elements are intentionally designed to enhance stability without compromising comfort. The grip material is soft, flexible, and designed to move naturally with your foot - not dig into it.
Will the grip wear off over time?

With proper care, the grip is designed to remain durable and supportive. To preserve longevity: 

  • Machine wash cold 
  • Turn inside out 
  • Air dry recommended 
  • If drying in the dyer, avoid high heat
Will you be releasing new designs?

Yes! AC Movement will release limited designs and curated drops throughout the year. 

We intentionally produce in thoughtful quantities to maintain quality and exclusivity.

Many designs may not be restocked once sold out. 
When will my order ship? 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. 
Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the USA. We hope to expand soon. 
What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, socks must be unworn and in original condition with tags intact to be eligible for return with 14 days of delivery.
